Why do you need to warm Up?

The warm up is an the essential part of fitness training.Imagine your muscles are like a piece of toffee hard and rigid if you pull too hard to quickly eventually the toffee will snap.But if you start off slowly move it up and down, which in turn generates heat and warms it up, then as you increase the range it becomes more flexible and pliable.This simplfied version is for you to understand the importance of a good warm up and what will happen to your muscles, if they are not properly warmed up.
