I am a power plant proffessional (electrical engg. graduate) with PG diploma in Maintenance Management and having 23 years experience. Presently, I am head of the Electrical Maintenance Department of a combined cycle thermal Power plant. I am also the man behind the functioning of the official suggestion scheme of the company and council member of Indian national Suggestion Schemes' Association.
I love to implant positive energy in people through various interactive and motivational training programs. My hobby is to implant positive energy in people. So, I actively associated in training my subordinates and other executives. I conduct various ‘Executive Development’ programs. My motivational training program named “Conditioning of Mind for Managing Radical Changes” is quite popular.
My other hobby is writing. I have written articles for various magazines and papers. My articles are mainly based on my experiences and are suitable for all categories of people. |
